The CFHA will be hosting an Annual General Meeting on Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 7:00PM. The meeting will be held virtually over the Zoom Platform due to the ongoing restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you wish to participate in the AGM you are required to register by sending an email to: [email protected] and your email must include the following information:

Your phone/cell number:
Please provide the above information for all children that are registered for the 2020/21 season. We will then send you the email link and the Zoom login and voting information you will require to participate prior to the meeting. If you register for the Virtual Meeting it has to be you who signs into the meeting. Please indicate in your email if you do not have access to zoom and we will provide alternate arrangements.
The AGM will proceed with a member vote on the adoption of the Bylaws. A copy of the Bylaws can be found here:

Further, the Operations committee will share reports on the 2020-2021 season including, a financial update.
Voting/Election for available CFHA Executive Positions will also be conducted during the meeting as per the proposed new Bylaws. Positions available for election for the next 2 years are:
· President
· VP Rep
· VP House League
· Treasurer
· Secretary

The agenda for this years’ meeting, including the names of those nominated for Executive Positions will be posted for review by our members prior to the AGM.
The CFHA has engaged a Certified Parliamentarian, Jason Robinson from the Sports Law Strategy Group, to assist with the AGM to ensure that our legal and ethical obligations are fulfilled.
