Thanks to our Volunteers
The Caledon Female Hockey Association extends sincere thanks to the many volunteers who have helped to make female hockey a reality in Caledon during the 2022/23 season. Within the House League and the Rep pathways, coaches, trainers and managers have dedicated hours of time and energy to create an enriching experience for our players. Without these volunteers the CFHA would not be able to offer programs for players from Fundamentals to U18!

Many CFHA volunteers have been working within girls’ hockey for several years! One such volunteer that has helped the organization and many teams is Margo Jay. Each season, Margo has worked hard to boost opportunities for Caledon hockey players. Margo is the epitome of endless, positive energy and she has touched the lives of many CFHA families. We are extremely thankful for all of the contributions Margo has made to enrich and empower young, female hockey players!

For all of the players and families who are aging out of the CFHA we wish you success in all that you do. Thank you for being a part of female hockey in Caledon! We hope that you go on to enjoy more hockey opportunities in your future and if you ever wish to come back home and volunteer with us we will welcome you with open arms!

As you prepare for next hockey season please remember that the efforts of volunteers are what makes hockey possible for our athletes. In the upcoming years the CFHA is looking to expand hockey opportunities in Caledon by offering more development programs, camps and community programs. But this will only be possible with the help of more volunteers. By offering a few hours of your time you can make the difference for our players! If you are interested in joining the Executive Committee or being a coach next year, please reach out to Shaun McAllister at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Shaun McAllister
