For House League:

All approved refunds are subject to a non-refundable $50 administration fee.

Refund Schedule:

• On or before September 15, 2025:
  Full refund, less the $50 administration fee.
• September 16 to October 31, 2025:
  50% refund, less the $75 administration fee.
• After November 1, 2025:
  No refunds will be issued.

For Rep League:

Once a player has committed to a Representative team and has been officially signed, both the player and the coaching staff are expected to honor that commitment for the duration of the season.

No refunds will be issued for players registered on a Representative team.
